Charlie Who?
I’ve lived in quite a few places, and done quite a few different things. I’ve worked as a photographer in Colorado while moonlighting as a music journalist. I’ve sketched out ad concepts in-between pouring beers at Sydney’s oldest pub. I’ve worked with a New York Times film critic to write a 120-page thesis on the most f*cked-up movies ever made. And I recently created a web-series that starts out by offering makeup tips and ends with the world being destroyed by a giant squid monster.
The glue that holds all of this together is pretty simple: I love storytelling. Whether it’s a humble press release or an ad campaign so layered it’d make a matryoshka doll blush, I’m fascinated by the ways simple emotional truths convey profound meaning.
I’m constantly looking for ways to push my own boundaries as a communications professional. So, if you’re in need of an interesting story, drop me a line.
